WHAT DOES A BUSY MOM EAT? day 3

So yesterday morning up early again - sausage, strawberries some carrots, coffee
snack- basiacally what I pack in my bag for work. Yesterday was busy day- 6 sessions in a row with no break. I packed a diah of almonds, granola bar, double protein shake with milk in it, 2 apples, banana. I just eat when I can. no workout yesterday.
After scholl snack- some organic dark chocolate (1 row), melon, carrots, some biscuts
Dinner- cesar salade and home made pizza with sousage/pepperoni

WHAT DOES A BUSY MOM EAT? day 2

Last night I had a snack -0ne row of 70% dark organic chocolate, some almonds and I did have some animal cookies earlier in the day as well.

Today up at 5am- organic coffe and cream/suger, strawberries, sausage link, yogurt
Snack-green apple, almonds, 1 protein drink
Americano coffee
Lunch- pasta left overs from the previous day
snack-protein drink
snack- cantelope, 2 bars organic dark chocolate
Dinner- steak/mushroom/red pepper stir fry with garlic nann bread (not much bread) and avacodo

WHAT DOES A BUSY MOM EAT?

Follow along this week and I will be posting what I eat to feel energized, manage a physical job and take care of the kids. Post along with me, What do you eat?
If anyone knows me I am by no means strict with my diet, I just eat when I feel I need to and try to have the best quality food I can. I never measure my portions, I am old enough to know when to stop eating. I love chocolate and I love food. I am not afraid of food or to try new recipes, if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

GIRL IMPACT

Ok, so I took my daughter, Kasia to a breakfast in support of a non profit organization called GIRL IMPACT today. She loved it, I loved it and it is a great local fundraiser that is doing bigger and better things. There are 12 local teenage girls with mentors in our community.
